These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Professional Skin Training website and
the booking of all Professional Skin Training courses and services.
1. About Professional Skin Training
Professional Skin Training delivers advanced facial education and professional development for skin practitioners, led with intention, expertise and integrity.

2. Eligibility
All Professional Skin Training courses are designed for qualified professionals. It is your responsibility to ensure you meet the stated prerequisites before booking.
3. Intellectual Property
All educational content, manuals, imagery, videos and course materials remain the intellectual property of Professional Skin Training. Materials may not be reproduced, recorded, shared, or distributed without prior written permission.
4. Bookings and Payments
All prices are displayed in GBP. A booking is confirmed once non-refundable booking fee has been received and a confirmation email has been issued.
5. Cancellations, Transfers & Course Commitment
All Professional Skin Training courses are delivered as premium, small-group educational experiences. As such, places are limited and course preparation begins well in advance of each scheduled training date.
Booking Fee & Payment
A non-refundable booking fee of £250 is required to secure your place on any Professional Skin Training course. This booking fee contributes towards administration and course preparation. The remaining course balance must be paid in full by the date specified in the confirmation email and contract must be signed to grant access to independent study materials, prior to face-to-face training.
Independent Study Requirement
All courses include mandatory independent study, which must be completed prior to attending face-to-face training sessions. Access to digital learning materials confirms your commitment to the course.
Failure to complete the required independent study may result in non-attendance at practical training sessions and will not be eligible for a refund or transfer.
Cancellations
The booking fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Once independent study materials have been accessed, the course becomes non-refundable, in line with UK consumer regulations relating to digital content.
Cancellations made after course materials have been released, are non-refundable, regardless of reason.
Transfers
In exceptional circumstances, a discretionary transfer to a future course date may be offered at the sole discretion of Professional Skin Training. All transfer requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability.
This policy is designed to provide clarity and fairness while protecting the time, expertise and resources invested into each training course.

6. Course Materials & Access
Access to all course materials, including independent study content, manuals, videos and digital resources, is granted only once full payment for the course has been received.
This policy is in place to protect the intellectual property of Professional Skin Training and to ensure fairness and consistency across all delegates.
All course materials are provided for the sole use of the enrolled delegate and may not be copied, recorded, shared, or distributed in any form without prior written permission.
7. Professional Responsibility
Training is educational in nature. Practitioners are responsible for working within their individual scope of practice, maintaining appropriate professional insurance and complying with all regulatory requirements.
8. Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
